How to order?

If you want to order, just click on the    shopping cart.

After that you can go further with ordering or go to the checkout . You will be ask for your name, address, etc .and below you click submit order. You will recieve an e-mail with your order. After your order is packed by us we send you a second e-mail with the total weight, total amount in Euro and our banking number (BIC and IBAN codes) so you can pay with your own banking system.

After we recieved your payment we send your order by priority. 

Normaly within Europe the shippment takes 1-3 days .

When you have trouble with your pool you can contact Intex, Bestway etc in your own country, normaly you get 

3 months on a pool and 1 year on the pump, depending on what kind of pool you take. For Intex and Bestway you must contact them by calling their service number, for Sevylor/Zodiac/Aquasphere you must inform us , so we will contact them. Never send pools etc directly to us or Intex, Bestway etc but do that only if they/we say so. 

For refund within 8 days also contact us, we only can take them back unopened in their original package. The cost off shippment are for the customer.
